(This Big Muscle Builder Blog is formally a Squidoo Lens, I've moved over to Blogger for Bloggers better features and better integration with other applications. Blogger is better)!
I Don't Know Everything!
I thought that I knew everything there was to know, (that I needed to know anyway), about how to develop the kind of muscle tone I wanted.
It's hard enough to admit to everyone else around you, that you've been doing things the wrong way all these years and that's why you've suddenly changed what you do. Especially to those who you've imparted your previous misinformed and ignorant knowledge upon!
Yet, it's harder and more frustrating still, to look the 'man in the mirror' in the eye and remember all the extra wasted hours spent in the gym. That is time I could have spent with my wife & children or building my business to a higher level of income.
I just want to take a moment to mention Vince DelMonte.
Follow and learn from someone who has started from a skinny guy physique and developed a strong muscle tone.
Vince DelMonte blows the lid off the myths and misinformation spread about bodybuilding. Obvious and simple tactics that had me thinking, "WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT!" (I could kick myself)!
He teaches how to build muscle fast, from a scrawny weak physique to a world class body builders stature for both women and men.
I'm the first to admit it; "I Andy Gold, am a big head!" - (and I'm stubborn too)! I like to think that I always know best, mainly this comes from experience and keeping a few rules through life. (nothing wrong with that).
One of these rules is, I never accept instruction or advice from someone else who hasn't or can't do what it is they're telling me to do! (Good advice from my father - I still believe it)!
With that in mind, let me tell you more about Vince DelMonte.
He is one of the worlds top muscle building fitness coaches, personal trainer and author of many articles on health and fitness. He transformed his own body from 149 pounds to 190 pounds in only six months which caught the attention of many online and offline health and fitness magazines. In 2005, he won the Canadian Fitness Model Championships.
This is a man who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk!
Vince DelMonte is a regular contributor to Men's Fitness magazine and dozens of other online magazines. His book, No Nonsense Muscle Building: Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Gain, has helped thousands of skinny guys and gals overcome their skinny genetics and weak physique's without drugs, supplements and other artificial means. Furthermore they've done it by training less than before.
